Very high quality ciders
Our goal is to achieve a balanced cider winery, working with high quality local apples. In addition to using apples from our own orchards, we also produce Euskal Sagardoa with apples from nearby farms and many other corners of Gipuzkoa. Our professionals choose these apples with great care. After picking and carefully selecting the apples, we start the cider making process.
Elaboration is a rigorous process, with temperature controls and constant monitoring.
Then, after fermenting the must in barrels and passing some analytical checks, the cider is bottled. Our cider has collected several awards, which make us work with more enthusiasm day by day.
Gaztañaga Euskal Sagardoa Cider
Green-yellowish cider, with aroma of fresh fruit and a hint of citrus. Fine foam in the mouth and balanced, the kind of cider that invites you to continue drinking. Made with apple from the apple orchards of Andoain and surroundings. Main varieties: Txalaka, Urtebi Txiki, Urtebi Haundi and Goikoetxea.
Gaztañaga Euskal Sagardoa Premium Cider
Yellowish cider with aroma of fresh fruit and a hint of citrus. Fine foam in the mouth and balanced. Made with apples from the apple orchards of Andoain and surroundings and with a Premium score on the tasting panel.
Gaztañaga Gorenak CIder
Green-yellowish cider with aroma of citrus fruit. Fine on the palate and balanced. Made with apples from different sources and properly mixed with the result of a pleasant and balanced cider.
